Recently, one of our long-term clients asked us to do a new ad, a 12-page brochure, three flash movies, a web landing site, an 8-page newsletter and several online banners. The purpose of the entire campaign was to launch a new product. No doubt the most important in our client’s history. A true test for any agency.

While the word "creativity" in agency circles sounds romantic -- it is hard work. It is about understanding what is needed in getting the right message to the right people.
